3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Plans

The Service offers the following plans for individual learners:

• Free — $0, includes 7 beginner lessons.
• Plus — $9.99 per month or $59.94 per year, includes all 30 lessons and additional features.
• Pro — $18.99 per month or $113.94 per year, includes all Plus features plus advanced analysis and support.

3.2 Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Prices are displayed in US dollars. We may update prices in the future; changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect the current billing period.

3.3 Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable for the portion of the period already used.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with the Service, its servers, or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content and Learning Disclaimer

The Service provides AI role-play and feedback for language learning purposes. AI-generated responses and scores are provided for educational use and may not always be accurate. The Service is not a substitute for professional language certification, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

8. Termination
